This thing isn’t a grill—it’s a culinary aircraft carrier. Five burners of pure democracy, because everyone gets their food hot and fast. Bacon? Crispy. Burgers? Juicy. Pancakes? So fluffy you’ll need FAA clearance before takeoff.

The first time I fired this bad boy up, the neighborhood squirrels lined up at parade rest. It gets hot faster than my temper when someone says “ketchup on steak.” The grease trap? Holds more bacon drippings than a Southern grandma’s mason jar collection.

Cleanup is so easy I half expect it to Venmo me $5 afterward. And with the side shelves? I finally have space for my spatula, beer, AND existential dread.

Pro tip: use the griddle cover. Without it, this machine looks like it’s plotting global domination when left unattended.

Bottom line: this isn’t just a griddle—it’s a lifestyle. You don’t “cook” on this. You host legendary gatherings that make your HOA nervous.

The Backyard Beast

This is a great griddle. Seems to be built very well. Don't use the Bilt app for assembly. The griddle has had some changes that are not updated on Bilt and you will find yourself unassembling what you have done. Printed instructions are easy to follow . I used it this part weekend for cooking breakfast. Cooked a pound of bacon in about 5 minutes. I was very pleased with the griddles cooking performance. I would recommend this griddle

Bring enjoyment to your outdoor cooking.

I replaced my blackstone with this because I wanted something with the grease trap in the front. This griddle did not disappoint! I think it heats up faster, which makes my smash burgers turn out perfect!! Was fairly easy to put together ( would have been easier if my toddler wasn’t stealing parts). If you’re thinking of getting this griddle, just do it. It’s by far my most used grilling machine.

Great griddle!!

Great product! I like having the grease trap in the front of the grill? The magnets on the front of each side table ensures I do not loose my utensils and with the lid attached I do not have to worry about placing it anywhere when I use the grill.

Better than other name brands!

Large cooking surface. 4 burners. After much research this was nicer than a Blackstone and comes with a lid and cover which are often add-ons with the other brands.

Better than a Blackstone

The quality is excellent!  The assembling instructions were easy to read and straight forward.  If I were to compare this to a blackstone the Member's Mark would win because of price, 5 burners, underneath storage and storage cover included.  I am sure I will have this for years to come.

It is an excellent product!!!

I’ve had a Blackstone for several years now, and was always satisfied. I needed a bigger griddle with inclosed storage. The Blackstone in this size was almost $200 more. I read many read decided to give MM a shot. Assembly was a breeze with the online step by step video. The griddle is very well built and sturdy. I’ve only Cooke a dozen meals at this time, but so far so good. It does get around 100 degrees hotter than my last griddle, so that’s a big bonus. Really don’t have any negatives at this time.

Time for a brand change

My actual review is 4 1/2 stars out of 5. I give top marks for quality and the ease to put together. Even though the directions stipulate two persons are required I was able to accomplish it myself. My only issue with the product is that the container for scraping the surface of the griddle is in the front vice in the rear of the cooking surface. The storage container is also an odd size, I have had to reuse the aluminum container that comes with the griddle. I love the fact that it comes with its own cover and I have used it often since purchasing. Cleaning and maintaining the surface is also very easy. My only other complaint against the griddle is that the cooking surface runs hot. I have yet to figure out the best settings to cook without some level of burning, you have to start the griddle and then set your temperature pattern. I would recommend cooking at a lower temperature until you get a feel for it.

Pro Series Griddle Review

After having a flat top grill, I would never go back to a traditional grated grill. The grill is so versatile - as far as being able to cook multiple dishes and many at the same time. The build is very good, and I highly recommend the grill to others. I would have given 5 stars, but the aluminum foil pan that collects grease is not a traditional size and needs to be special ordered.

There is a lack of quality control. I requested a part replacement (grease catch) and the problem continued. I will be returning the griddle back.

I went to Sam’s to see the product on display, it had the same problem.  
 The gas griddle had defective grease catch and replacement part had the same problem. In my opinion, there is a lack of quality control in producing the product. 

A few weeks before buying the griddle, I bought the Pro-Series COMBO GRILL and GRIDDLE; I returned it to Sam’s it was missing 3 parts. Again there a lack of quality control. I started to lose faith in the quality of Member’s Mark products.
