Whether you’re using it as a finishing touch with your favorite pasta dishes or stirring it into butter for a quick garlic bread spread, this craveable seasoning is a must-add to any pantry.</p> <h3>Pan Seared Chicken with Smashed Potatoes Recipe</h3> <p>Ingredients:</p> <ul>  <li>1 ½ lbs. baby yellow potatoes</li>  <li>1 tsp salt</li>  <li>1 lb. chicken breast</li>  <li>4 tbsp vegetable oil</li>  <li>2 tbsp butter</li>  <li>2 tbsp McCormick Garlic Asiago All-Purpose Seasoning Blend</li> </ul> <p>Instructions:</p> <ol>  <li>Place 1 ½ lbs. baby yellow potatoes and 1 tsp salt in large saucepan. Add water to cover.</li>  <li>Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender when pierced with a fork. Drain potatoes. Let stand until cool enough to handle.</li>  <li>Place potatoes on large cutting board. Smash each potato with the back of a heavy spatula, bottom of sturdy mug or small pan. Set aside.</li>  <li>Season 1 lb. thinly sliced chicken breast cutlets on both sides with 1 tbsp of seasoning.</li>  <li>Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in large deep skillet on medium heat until shimmering.</li>  <li>Add chicken; cook 3 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. When I saw this seasoning, I was immediately srawn to try it.  My famiIly  are big garlic lovers. Even bigger cheese lovers of all types so had to give this a go!  So far, I have used it to brighten up my garlic bread, adding this rather than garlic powder to my softened butter and putting it under the broiler for just long enough to toast it a little, how yummy! Then I tried it on leftover vermicelli that I was having for lunch-another great move.  Just enough cheesy taste to take it over the top.  This was a great find and it will have a permanent spot on my spice cupboard from now on!!

This seasoning stands out-in a good way!

I use it wherever I can! If it's something that will benefit from cheese flavor, I don't just use regular garlic powder, I use this instead. Such as with spaghetti, or garlic bread, or taco meat!

My family loves garlic.  My family loves Asiago.  This is a great combination of both.  I bought one for each of my adult children and put them in their Christmas stockings, everyone was delighted!

A match made in culinary heaven

Was a bit salty, but can be helped by using less.  Adds a nice flavor to many dishes.

Garlic & Asiago seasoning

Nice flavor needs a little more garlic so, we added some garlic salt to bottle and mixed.  Now it's perfect!

Taste isn't that great! I love the taste of asiago cheese but this was not really that taste. I've tried it in many dishes, pasta, pizza and chicken and it just doesn't give me the flavor I'm looking for.
