I was extremely excited when I received this mcCormick’s basil balsamic seasoning because those are two of my favorite things. All of these seasonings have always been a staple in our household, so I was super excited to try this on anything in the last two weeks. I recently made an onion boil and homemade vegetables and this was delicious to put on top to add enough extra flavor and twang. The next thing I’ll be trying is pasta with this in addition because I hear that that adds always a nice touch. I do believe that this will become a staple in a lot of my upcoming dishes. Definitely would recommend. I did receive this as a part of an educational promotion.

A new favorite kitchen staple

I recently received the McCormick Basil Balsamic Seasoning (11.37 oz) to try, and I have to say it turned out to be a surprisingly versatile addition to the kitchen.

The flavor balance is what stood out the most. You get a nice herbal note from the basil paired with the tangy, slightly sweet bite you’d expect from balsamic. It isn’t overpowering, which makes it easy to use on a lot of different foods without worrying about it dominating the dish.

I tried it first on roasted vegetables and it worked really well, adding just enough brightness to bring out the natural flavors. It’s also great on chicken and pork, and I can see it being a solid option for quick marinades or even sprinkled over a caprese salad. If you enjoy balsamic flavors but don’t always want to deal with liquid vinegar or reductions, this seasoning gives you a similar profile in a much more convenient format.

McCormick’s Basil Balsamic Seasoning is very aromatic. I added it to my vegetables, and it brought such a rich, delicious flavor. This is one seasoning where there really isn’t such a thing as too much- it enhances every bite. It added a great taste to my vegetables, and I can’t wait to try it in other dishes!

Flavorful Seasoning

I received this complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised at how good this tastes! I was intrigued by the sounds of it but wasn’t sure how I would really use it. However, I have found it to be great to add a little zesty seasoning. I’ve used it with chicken, caprese salad and my kids like the seasoning by itself. I think this will be a new staple in our house!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
This weekend I tried the McCormick Basil Balsamic seasoning on a couple of different dishes, and it really delivered. It has a true balsamic flavor, and you can definitely taste the basil coming through. There’s a slight sweetness, but it’s not overpowering at all it actually reminds me of a really good balsamic vinaigrette, which I love.
The first time I used it, I added it to ground turkey with onions and peppers, and it gave the dish a really nice depth of flavor. Another night, I made spaghetti and decided to shake a little on top, and it gave it the perfect little twang.
What I really like about it is how versatile it is I can definitely see myself using this on shrimp, chicken, and especially during the summertime when you want something light but still full of flavor.
If you enjoy balsamic and love basil, this is definitely a seasoning worth having in your kitchen.

Kitchen Staple Alert 🚨

I received McCormick Basil seasoning free through Bzz Agent Sampling program in exchange for my review .  I used the McCormick seasoning for cooking. I used it on hamburgers and on chicken. I absolutely loved it. What a wonderful taste. It adds to your food. I would definitely buy it on my own when my sample is gone.. I would recommend anybody to use this if they would like their food to be very flavorful.

Amazing seasoning

This seasoning was not what I was expecting at all. It had a plunged smell to it because of the balsamic but surprisingly it worked. I used it on my chicken, I made homemade salad dressing and even sprinkled it on vegetables. It is very versatile. It's like an balsamic dressing but in a dry form. It can also be used on pasta salad. Definitely a must try.
