OMG!!

Great price for the amount of fries you get. I believe there were about 6 bags inside. The bags were thin so be careful when removing them from the box.

You should really go with 3/8, straight cut, SKIN ON, fries. It's what most restaurants want to use when available. Right now, I have to buy mine at Restaurant Depot. These do not make a professionalFrench fry. The crisp isn't there. They shrivel up fast.

French Fries for commercial use

Probably OK for a restaurant with lots of grease for prep, but not so good for an air fryer at home. Bland
