Can’t get enough of the Lucky Charms marshmallows? Do you find yourself picking out all the hearts, stars, horseshoes, cloves, blue moons, unicorns, rainbows and red balloons to eat first? You’ll be excited to hear that we picked out your favorite part of the cereal—yes, the marshmallows—so that you can enjoy them separately! This limited-edition box has two pouches (four ounces each) of Lucky Charms Just Magical Marshmallows that you can snack from or use as a topping on your favorite recipes. Add them on top of cookie dough or brownie mix before popping them into the oven. Place a few on top of your pancake batter as a sweet surprise for the kids in the morning. Make your own version of a rainbow surprise cake using Lucky Charms marshmallows instead of candy. Add them to your next batch of Rice Krispies Treats to give them some fun color. The resealable pouches allow you to use as many as you need, keep them fresh or take them on the go.
Rainbow Lucky Charmsâ„¢ Frosted Cookie Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cookie: 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crockerâ„¢ sugar cookie mix, 1/2 cup butter (softened), 1 egg
- Frosting: 1 container (16 oz) Betty Crockerâ„¢ Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting, Food coloring (red, yellow and blue)
- Toppings: 1/2 cup Lucky Charmsâ„¢ cereal, 1 tbsp rainbow candy sprinkles
Instructions:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13" x 9"-inch pan with foil, leaving foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan; spray with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix cookie mix, softened butter and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Bake 18 to 23 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Remove bars from pan by lifting foil; peel foil away.
- Divide frosting into 3 small bowls; tint frosting with food colors to desired pink, yellow, blue colors. Drop colors of frosting by mounded spoonfuls onto cookie bar in a random pattern. With offset metal spatula, spread frosting by carefully swirling the different colors together. Top with cereal and sprinkles. To serve, cut bars into 6 rows by 4 rows.

Good vanilla flavor, no artificial dyes! It's nice there is now an option, so my child doesn't feel left out because of unnecessary artificial dye additives. They have a rich flavor so it is satisfying having less than 1/2 of the serving size.
my husband absolutely loves these! i really hope you guys don't get rid of them. and if you do you will eventually bring them back. He's liked these since he was a kid so much that he would eat all the marshmallows out of the Lucky charms box of cereal. you can imagine his excitement when he found these at Sam's!
Crunchy and soft, superb taste!
My husband's favorite youth time cereal is Lucky Charms. He usually eats most of the marshmallows within the first few bowlfuls so when I saw this box of just marshmallows, I bought him one. He was so excited, he even eats the by themselves, they are so good! I think they are even better than what comes in the box even though they are probably the same thing. Hard to find, they sell out quickly. Just enough softness and crunch at the same time. Good deal for two small bags. Can't wait till they come back in stock!
