The mouth is clean with bright, filled with flavors of honey dew and Pear, Apple&nbsp;and Vanilla. The finish is long and structured due to the great balance of acididity. Longevity will be among the first wines sold nationally with the unique resealable, twist-off Helix cork without the need for a corkscrew. Phil and Debra founded the winery in 2008 to celebrate their life, love and passion by making great wine. The boutique, urban style winery is located in Livermore Valley wine country in California. Bottled in a Certified Zero Waste Facility. Wine Enthusiast nominated Phil Long for the 2020 Wine Star Awards within the Social Visionary of the year category. Over 300+ million media impressions and counting. Gosh, I hate to share this review because then more people will buy this amazing Chardonnay and Sam’s might run out BUT this is the best Chardonnay I’ve ever drank!
