I bought this item as a gift. When they attempted to use it, it was damaged and wouldn't turn on, I started the refund process on the app in which they told me to keep the product, but being it's football season I wanted to at least try to exchange it. Upon arriving to the store location they stated that I can exchange it to not only find out it is out of stock and they are gone. I wanted to keep the item because he said he could try to fix it some way and buy a part but the Sam's club service desk would not let me keep the product. I was willing to keep the product and not get a refund because he really loved it and it's very hard to find this product. So it's a little disappointed that the app told me one thing but the service desk wouldn't allow me to keep it

Cool gift gone wrong

Inflatable Helmet

Bought mine near the end of last season (2024) as they were out of stock when I finally wanted to get one. So got it and left it in the box till the 2025 season rolls around. What a mistake I made by not checking. I get this out of the box and plug it in and the motor seems weak as the inflatable is having a hard time staying inflated but also it looks like the stitching was bad as random holes near the eye on one side where it got folded during the making I guess. The box says lifetime warranty but I don’t see any this year for my school so HUGE let down by this company.
