Best cheese ever,  this was the cheese my grandmother would use when serving family all her favorite Italian food dishes. From soup to lasagna, the cheese enhances the flavors of all these great food dishes. I recommend you buy and try, I'm sure you will feel the same.

I finally found the cheese my grandmother used

I have been using this cheese for many many years. My mother-in-law was Italian and this was the only one she used and so I have been carrying on the tradition. Eat it as I am grating it. Love the taste.

the best way to buy Romano cheese is in a block so it stays fresh and you can grate it as you need it my problem is I have two Sam's clubs in my town and they don't stock it so I have to drive 40 minutes to Vero Beach to purchase it I've written Sam's club about my problem but it's still hasn't been resolved I would like to have at least one of my Sam's clubs carry this

Ive been using Loacatelli Pecorino for many years, this piece was too salty, unlike before creamy with mild salttiness

Always use Locatelli cheese, best tasting for so many uses.  Spaghetti, any pasta dishes, salads, vegetables, etc.

💯 The Best

As an Italian, this cheese always was in my mother's fridge, and it is always in mine.  Please resume carrying this chunk style at the St. Petersburg 34th Street store.  It only carries the pre-grated.  I have to go to a farther location to get this cheese in whole pieces.
