I purchased an Envoy kayak and the first time we used it, we discovered that one paddle was shorter than the other, and one of the seat strap hooks failed.  Johnathan quickly determined the replacement parts needed, and after replying to his e-mail with a copy of my purchase receipt and shipping address, he said the parts should arrive in 5-7 business days via FedEx.  Shortly after I hanging up the phone, I received a confirmation e-mail.  Johnathan's service was fast, efficient, and professional.  As a former customer services manager, I can say that his level of support was excellent.  Keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service

We have 3 Lifetime Kayaks, 2 singles (a Hydros 85 and a Triton 100) and 1 tandem an Envoy 106). Our home backs up to a freshwater canal and my wife and I along with friends use them frequently. They are stable and fun to operate. We have also been very pleased with responses from the Lifetime Team when needed.

Great Kayaks, Wonderful Customer Service

I bought two Lifetime kayaks, a single and a tandem. Both craft were sit on top models. Both kayaks are great and a blast to use. My biggest compliment is how they handled an issue that arose. One of the clips that locks the seat into place on the tandem craft was lost. I reached out to Lifetime and was responded to in an very quick manner. The service rep, Dany, was extremely helpful in identifying the part # and arranging for a replacement. Great customer service!

We bought a Lifetime tandem kayak about two years ago, and have enjoyed it greatly. However, in transit, one of our hatch covers must have blown off. With a quick email to Lifetime, including a description and model number, Lifetime replaced the hatch cover for us free of charge. Now that's what I call service!

I have bought several lifetime products over the years (tables, play equipment, kayaks). I have always been very pleased with their construction and durability. For the first time I had to contact the company for a replacement part, and now I found that their customer service not just matches, but actually exceeds the quality of their products. I bought an Envoy 106 from Sam's Club for my son's birthday and found that it only had one hatch cover.  I contacted Lifetime and they said to provide them with a receipt and a picture of the make/model/sticker on the kayak and they would mail me one.  I thought that I would have to pay as I didn't know if I lost the cover or if I didn't notice if it was even on there.  Took them only a day to respond via email and almost an immediate response once I emailed them the info they requested.  It will only take about 5 business days to get the part. ENVOY 106 HATCH COVER

Bought a Kayak because we enjoyed the one we rented on vacation.  This one, however, capped sized with us very easily the very first time!  And because it's so heavy, it was difficult to turn it back over.  My husband wanted to try it one more time and I agreed but felt very uneasy about it being so wobbly and was terrified it would flip over again. 
We did not stay on it very long after his seat came undone while we was on the water and it almost caused us to flip!  This Kayak does not feel very safe to me.
