I have actually owned many versions of these LG earbuds. I listen to books and the battery life is great and the sound quality on phone calls is amazing. And it is so easy to switch from listening to answering a call. I bought this pair for my sister who still had the old version that didn’t have retractable earbuds.   I was impressed that the thin wire is durable and I have used this version much longer than the old ones that dangled and got snagged and one earbud would stop working.  These are great!

So convenient and easy to use

LG always work. I love the neck Bluetooth as I am a DJ so I need the convenience to be able to feel the phone ringing and to be able to reach for the earpiece. I have 2 of these because they don't stay in stock. I also bought the insurance. Ya neva know.

Haven't used yet.

This is the 2nd pair that I have bought, only because I lost the first pair on a train. I’m glad that Sam’s still carries these.  They are the best. Great sound, connects easily, and lasts a LONG time...about 12 hrs of play time.  Will buy again if I lose this pair. I LOVE THEM!

LOVE THESE HEADPHONES

I bought one a few years ago tried another brand and came back to this brand. Comfortable for my ears. Dont always have to have it in my ears but it's always near. The sound is great!!

Really love it

While the device is being used it has great sound quality. The last LG Tone headset I purchased lasted more than 2 years. This is the reason I purchased the same model and I like the retractable ear buds. However, even when powered OFF, the device is still on so the battery runs down before next use/next day. I will be returning the device to exchange for one that actually turns off.

LG Tone won't turn off

I bought this to upgrade my old one. My previous set was an LG Sport and was one piece construction. I was very disappointed with how flexible the headset is on this model. It seems cheap to me, but this was not an expensive headset. Still I wish that I could return it. 
That said, it does get good sound when playing music but several people said they were having difficulty hearing me when on a call.

If you want something cheap to listen to music while you work this is it

Purchased these but they cannot be used hands free to text or make calls, only your last call can be refilled. Had to return

Bluetooth not good

I bought two of them. When I am talking to people using them, they complain they can hardly hear me, or that I sound 100 miles away. Many time I just have to turn off the bluetooth. And this happens with both of them.

Not very good

Music quality is good but callers could hardly hear me when using as a headset so returned it. Back to my $20.00 wired headset.

Not useful as a phone headset for me

I purchased these because my LG 820 headphones were starting to not work on the left side. After my purchase my wife and friends say my voice sounds muffled and they can hardly hear me. I was talking about them and one of the guys I work with has the same model and the same issue. I mostly use mine for hands free talking and use them a lot.This is my 3rd set of LG headphones in the past 5 or 6 years. It seems that the quality has gone down with each model.
