We've had this dishwasher for a few weeks now and can verify that it works very well. We usually use the one hour cycle and find that our dishes are sparkling and clean. We've never washed pots or casseroles with baked on food in a dishwasher but decided to try the Heavy setting and I'm glad that we did! The LG powered through the goop and our pots came out spotless and it even managed to remove/reduce metal marks on our porcelain dinnerware. My husband and I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Most important, it cleans the dishes well (especially in the one hour mode).  Clean modern look. Very Quiet. A bit complicated to use with app and with buttons on panel (too many options).  This model has easy glide racking which work very smooth.  This model also has interior lights which makes unloading visible and easy (however, it took too long reading instructions to get the light to turn off if I opened the door to dry the dishes - which works better than the drying system this machine has).  Again, with much time spent looking through instructions, I got the machine to play a Christmas tune when it finished (nice, not needed, option, but took time to learn).  Most important is that is does a great job washing the dishes.

Dishwasher works great. Cleans well and is super quiet.  The rubber additional sound insulation does not install well tho. Hangs down in the front and you have to keep putting it up.

Had dishwasher over a year now..does a good job, relatively quiet. Happy so far Had good luck with LG fridge so chose this brand

Quality product.  Very quiet,  hardly know that it is running. The interior lighting is a nice touch. I have no issues with this product.

LG Dishwasher

I bought this dish washer back september. Sales people was pushing away of LG but after considering that we had an LG dishwasher for 12 years with no major problems, we decided on getting another Lg.  There are plenty of features and boy is this dishwasher quiet. The rack offer many options with regards to the tines being up or door accommodating larger items. Have no fears this DW drys well. Some bowls that we use have some rims on the bottom and sometimes there some water left on them. When our dishwasher in not packed we stand them sideways. All dry

Love the design and features, and it was whisper quiet as we had hoped. But, over the first six months it has started getting more and more noisy. Based on internet searches, apparently there is some sort of pump in the bottom that is prone to failure. Now we need to find time to start navigating the warranty process.

Was great, but is making bad noises after 6 months

I have not yet used my new dishwasher, because unfortunately when I went to install it the screw that connects the cover of  junction box would not come out so could not hook up the machine.
After several attempts I am now returning this for a replacement. I will update once I have that and it is installed.
I have waited to get this dishwasher so am hoping my replacement does not have the same issue.
