This is my favorite fridge of all time (and I’ve had a few!) The space saving ice/water design and “quick entry” door are awesome common sense design features. All the available shelf and drawer adjustments make allow you to customize your whole fridge to work for the way you live and shop. Highly recommend!

I especially love the middle drawer feature that can be changed to either be refrigerated or freezer space.  The knock knock door feature is great for items you use frequently making it easy to grab without opening the large door.  The craft ice balls are fun to serve in drinks!

Living in Luxury: My New Love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been enjoying my LG refrigerator for three months now and it has been perfect in every way.  The features are very helpful - the door in a door keeps the refrigerator temperature especially stable as only the outside door is opened to grab a drink.  And the custom round ice balls are the best for drinks of all sort.  I like having the option of a fully convertible middle drawer although so far I have kept it as a deli drawer without converting it. Typically I keep a lot of frozen food and the  freezer drawer I find easy to access and easy to organize given its slide-able dividers.  The only slightly problematic area is the height of the shelves in the refrigerator interior.  I seem to have more tall items than short and the shelves are not perfectly adjustable.  The Knock knock feature is perhaps more fun than wildly necessary but I am glad I splurged and went with all the bells and whistles. Since a refrigerator should last a good long time, I am very happy I bought a quality top rated LG.

Our one complaint is the craft ice maker has already failed. Prompt warranty service, but would expect better performance.

Great features and flexible storage

I bought the unit to replace a built in Sub Zero unit that was 20yrs old. Due to the years gone by and the house shifting this unit did not fit in the same opening even though the dimensions were smaller by .25-.50" After alterations the unit rolled in w/o a problem, set up was easy, you have to find the sweet spot of how far "in" you position your unit because the doors will not be able to open completely or will hit the wall or moldings.The unit rolls easily which is a bit of an issue bc with some people closing the door hard the unit moves back and we need to reposition it prevent the door from hitting the side walls when they are being opened. The unit functions very well, is quiet. We like the ice balls and use them more, you just have to give the unit time to build up a bank of them since it only produces 3/day. We love the 3rd drawer with the ability to set multiple temp setting. The door n door is a nice feature, we don't use the knock on the door to see what's inside but rarely bc you know what's in that section already we found but we are still glad we have the window. The unit looks upscale, we have received complements on the looks. Time will tell how efficient the unit is saving on cost vs the old Sub Zero. I rated the unit 4 stars bc I have not experienced it enough to give it 5 and the issue of it moving which I have not researched the manual for to see if I can lock the wheels. The wifi was easy to connect, it took more than one attempt but I did it myself. The cost of the unit was less than half of what a replacement built in would have cost and the capacity would be the same so we thought this was a better option.

Very Good Unit

Nice Features

It is a side by side but the 2 doors were at different heights 
Then the ice maker didn’t work properly 
So the repair main came to adjust the doors which was ok
But after installing a new part on the ice maker he tightened a screw and broke the plastic part. 
Then he left and never came back
