I run this heater almost every night as back up heat for about $30/month. 
I would give it 5 stars but it takes up a lot more room than other heaters.

Energy efficient

I bought this two weeks ago and I'm very happy with it. It's warms our great room and is easy to maintain. On top of that the outer casing stays cool to the touch!

Warmth with safety!

Heater never reached the set temperature based on the internal thermostat.  I would not recommend.  I returned the first one, due to this issue.  The second one performed similarly,  and it was also returned.

This is a great heater due to following reasons - 
1. Can be placed near to wall since the cold air is sucked from the front.
2. Light weight, hence easy to lift it and move around.
3. Great for Students as this can be used as primary room heater.
4. It has got air filter, an additional feature which is good.
5. Eco mode saves power.

GREAT FEATURES

I found the unit very lightweight.  So lightweight I felt it was a tip over risk.  It did not have an automatic shutoff  safety feature.  I have grandchildren that visit often.  I returned the heater.

Did not meet my needs

I had to get something to heat my living space when my furnace crapped out a few weeks ago. The temp in my living room was 25 degrees the night before. I purchased two of these to pull us through until repairs could be made. These two heaters got the temp up and kept us at a bearable 68 degrees over the next few days until repairs could be made. What a life saver!

This unit is quiet, energy efficient, reasonable cost.  I keep buying them for any of my tenants that need a little bit of extra heat in a particular area of the apartment.  It's also easy to move from one room to another (if needed).

This is the 6th one that I bought so far.  I was so happy to see this is the 2nd year that Sam's club still sells them. This means that the first 2 that I bought 2 years ago are still great!

Worth every penny.
