Great value for this cheese.  I made 2 large lasagnas using both containers.

I have tried other brands of ricotta but I always go back to Lamagna. So glad Sam's is still carrying this product. Great quality!

It's very good but I have seen both drier and smoother ricotta elsewhere.

Very Good Product

The texture is close to cottage cheese instead of being smooth and creamy like were used to! It also lacked any real flavor. I will never buy this brand Ricotta again.

Very dissapointed

This ruined my lasagna big time.   Good lasagna is very expensive to make.  It's not the least bit creamy and heating it didn't help.  At first I thought it was just me (long time pastry chef here) but then I tried it in a dessert recipe and it was still gritty as heck.
