This is  a great, comfortable chair. Well made. This is the second one I have purchased. The only problem i had with the first one was the fact that the bonded leather soon cracked and peeled off.  That was a mess.  It would be nice if LaZBoy would come up with a lotion or something to prevent or at least slow down the cracking and peeling of the bonded leather.  They do not warranty the fabric! Mine got so ugly and messy I had to replace it.

Purchased this chair for my husband's birthday last month. He loves the chair! I bought him the black one and it is very nice. Bought online, I had it shipped to our home. Super fast delivery.

Great office chair!

Sturdy and comfortable for people that ars simply bigger  than average.  I am 6'6" tall and weigh close to 300#'s.  I feel fine sitting in this chair for hours.

Good chair for taller, larger people.

A nice chair and easy to put togeather. Construction appears solid but I am leery of the plastic casters. My last one broke and I found the supposed warranty impossible to use. Fortunaetly BJ's took it back as defective and refunded my purchase price.

Don't rely on the warranty.

My husband and I are 60+.. we don’t have the strength anymore to push casters in, and tie mini knobs to the specs. So the different features wouldn’t work at first. Eventually with tools we got the chair together. 
Not what we expected from being a lazy boy

Don’t buy if you’re old

I am around +/-270 so i thought this would ve perfect for my office chair. It came to my house pretty quickly and was packaged well. I felt even better when I saw that the casters were bigger and the base was metal. It went together really quickly and was going well until it came time to put the back in place. The seat and back come assembled together and folded. There are 2 spring loaded rods (one on each side of back) that spring into the cutouts in the arms. Here is my issue, the rods are not heavy gauge and if you lean on an arm while sitting back the rods pop and it feels like the back might fold back. I used a rachet strap to hold the arms tighter to the back and have not had the issue since. (No one will see except me and i dont care).

The cushioning is very comfortable and the controls for tilt/lift are conveniently placed.

Comfortable but beware

My wife bought one and it is fantastic.  Really great chair.  I bought one and it was defective.  Predrilled holes were off causing the chair to be offset and at a slant.  Looked terrible and even worse when sitting in it.  In addition, the hydraulics did not work.  Wasted the time assembling it then having to load it up and take it back for a refund.  I was leery of exchanging it because I was afraid I'd get another one the same way.  I am highly upset about this.  The inconsistencies and quality control should be better with a top brand like Lazy Boy.  It would seem to me that they would know better.  Instead they throw out defective products like this hoping that people just accept it.

QUALITY CONTROL ISSUES & INCONSISTENCIES

I bought the chair because of the warranty listed on the box. I needed a chair that was built to hold a larger person. It is supposed to have a 10-year warranty, but when you contact “TRUE INNOVATIONS” for the warranty coverage, it is a joke! If you can get someone to answer, they will give you wrong info just to get you off the phone. Don’t expect anyone to call back, respond to email, or get a replacement part sent to you. You would be better off returning the chair if you are within your return window than dealing with the warranty company!

Warranty is a JOKE

This has to be the worst office chair I have ever bought!  You slide off the seat because it is too slippery.  The seat back stays tilted forward and won’t change aspect to recline a little bit at all.very uncomfortable . Taking old chair out of garage and sending this back.

Worst Office Chair

This chair is a scam. It is not made to the same quality as real Lazyboy products. It lasted 2-3 days before the armrest metal began sheering and allowing the back to slip backwards. On the 4th day, it was about to slide entirely out of the grooves. I made the mistake of trusting the brand name like my living room furniture, but it is really True Innovations. I returned it to Sam’s for a full refund. Check the reviews thoroughly. Others had the same issues with quality.
