Jetson Customer Care

I've had the light-up JetKart for about 9-months now, and it's been a great addition to our family fun! It arrived well-packaged, and assembly was pretty straightforward—just needed a few small tools. Since it showed up near winter, we didn’t get to use it much at first, but this summer has been a different story. The kids absolutely love joining in on our evening walks, and the JetKart handles the hills in our neighborhood like a champ. Honestly, the biggest challenge is deciding who gets to ride it first!

It’s best suited for the young-ins, but don’t count out the young at heart—everyone wants a turn. Highly recommend it for active families!

If you're like me, and taking a lot of time to select just the hoverboard, look no further!  I am so happy with this purchase.  The hoverboard was very easy to learn how to use and is such a smooth ride.  I love the 2-in-1 option to use it as a jetcart for a much different experience.  The lights dancing to the music was a hit at our block party - all our neighbors and friends wanted to try it! Highly recommend this product!

Highly Recommend!

I received this product about a month ago. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. It took about 20 minutes to put together and the few tools needed to assemble were provided along with clear instructions to assemble and operate. This is a blast to use! The seat and length can be adjusted to fit any child and the hoverboard quickly detaches for added versatility. It is easy to use and my kids were quickly and safely riding and spinning the JetKart around in no time. The flashing lights and music add to the fun! The hoverboard itself was smooth and stable. I can see my family is going to get years of use from this.

This has provided hours of fun and laughter! Everyone who sees it want to have a ride. I love that it’s a 2-in-1 and the music and lights make it even more fun. Opening the box seemed intimidating at first but easier to put together than anticipated.

The Jetkart is more than I expected and the kids love it. Easy to put together, takes a few minutes to get the hang of movement but the best part is the music and light show that everyone enjoys. The lights sync to the music and is a neighbor head turner. The kart feature adds the balance needed for kids to have a great safe time!

Lights Music Move!

The 2 in 1 hoverboard AND jetkart option is such a great value, I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase.  It was very simple to assemble and easy to learn to use.  The light up feature is a really fun bonus.  I plan on purchasing a second so my teenage son and daughter don't have to argue over sharing.  Highly recommend!

Love this JetKart/Hoverboard

Got this product about 3 weeks ago and we have enjoyed using it since! The assembly was easy and the learning curve was very quick. I love that everything is adjustable and two products in one so I can take a turning using it myself. Wish I had one of these as a kid!!

Awesome product!

This “vehicle” is awesome, and nothing like I’ve seen out there. It was super easy to put together (as with all of Jetson’s products). The lights are an amazing touch - not only do my kids love them, but it makes them more visible when playing with this outside. My kids will be having a ton of fun on this Jetkart

Received the keycard a few weeks ago. It was very easy to put together. Loved that it came almost fully charged!  We have been riding quite a bit. The lights really make it special. Kids love it!

The Jetkart is a great present for all ages.  It was a breeze to put together.  The Jetkart has a fast learning curve and you will feel very safe as it is low to the ground.
