I bought one for the beach. The ride was awesome and the scooter was very easy to use. I hadn’t ridden a bike in 25 years but it felt amazing. I plan to buy another one for my wife so we can go bike riding on the beach.

Heavenly Ride

My 13 yoa son loves this bike!  Comes nearly fully assembled and the instructions were great.  Well made.  It seemed a bit small for a grown man over 200lb, compared to my 1000w Heybike.  But it is great for teenagers!

I purchased a pair of these for my husband and I. Charge is perfect for rides around our neighborhood and shopping area. It’s very easy to learn to ride.

Despite its sleek design and promising specs, the Jetson Atlas Pro falls short in real-world performance. The 350-watt motor struggles to move its nearly 60-pound frame with any agility, making it feel sluggish and underpowered—especially for older kids expecting a bit more zip. For younger riders, the size alone is a dealbreaker; it’s simply too bulky to handle comfortably. We tested it with both age groups and found it lacking across the board. Ultimately, there are better, more responsive options out there. We returned it.

Heavy Frame, Light Performance

Charged battery only rode 6 blocks then parked for 5 days, battery was 3/4 full when parked, 5 days later it was dead with no use in between.

Weak battery

Please don't buy this junk. I have purchased 3 of these. the first one was a few months back, my son has been riding frequently. we go to charge it and it does not take a charge. I take it back to Sams. I purchase another one and the stem broke on the front tire as i was putting air into it. I take that one back and buy a thrid one. 3rd times the charm right?....Nooo  --- The 3rd one has a washer missing from the back tire and it was grinding the plates...picture attached for reference. I will be taking this one back tomorrow.

Please Don't Buy This Junk!!!

Bought 2 Jetson Atlas Pro Fat Tire Electric Bikes.  One had a battery that was dead on arrival and would not charge. As per the instructions on the bike label  l was to call tech support and NOT return  the bike to Sams Club.  Tech support told me to bring the bike  back to Sams Club. The bike is very heavy and l had it delivered  to my home as l did not have a vehicle  to pick it up at the store. So now l have a brand new  dead bike sitting  in my garage that won't  charge and tech support says they will not send a new battery  as they don't  have any.  The reason l boughs  2 new Jetson electric bikes  was to replace 2 Jetson electric  bikes with battery  problems. I had already replaced  batteries 3 times on my previous  Jeston bikes at a cost of over 400.00. I am an idiot for buying Jetson electric bikes for the second time.
