Smooth and mature drink. Tastes like Complex and nuanced with notes of caramel, vanilla, toffee, cinnamon, tobacco, and leather. Top shelf and great for the price.

We have spent 5 years tasting bourbon, trying to find our favorite, and Jefferson Reserve is IT.  We love the smooth taste.  We compare everything else to it and we simply like it better than anything else we’ve tried. We toured the distillery once and can’t wait to do it again!

The Best Bourbon

Very smooth. This is my go to bourbon. You can not beat the price for this good quality whiskey.

Good drink

I was given a Bottle as a Birthday Gift and I enjoyed it so MUCH that I went out and Bought 4 more Bottles for me and to share with Guest's. some have started to drink it more than their Old Brand just like I did.

Drinks well on the Rocks

I have been a Jefferson's fan for a while, and the Reserve is where it is at for bourbon enthusiasts. From the second the Reserve hits your taste buds, the subtle and unique combination of caramel, light honey, and possibly vanilla are incredibly pleasing. The staple bourbon bottle in my cabinet is Jefferson's small batch. I have tried Jefferson's Ocean, which is very good. However, for the price and quality, I would not pay the extra money for Ocean when you can enjoy the Reserve. Excellent Sipper!

This is the superior sipper!

I was looking for a something decent to share with a bourbon enthusiast business partner. Could have chosen one of many, and tried several others which were pretty decent, but none were quite what I was looking for. After reading a few uniformly good reviews I picked up a bottle of Jefferson's Reserve to try. Glad I did, this is one exquisite bourbon. Hits all the marks and is just.. delicious.

Had me at first sip.

I enjoy bourbon, but honestly, I don't taste the hints of this or that.  I just find this a smooth, tasty bourbon.  At 90.2 proof, it's strong, but not overly so.  I enjoy it on the rocks, but it tastes good neat as well.  This was a gift from my wife for Christmas, but I would buy it again.  Actually, I'd like to try more Jefferson's after having the Reserve.

Tasty

I bought this bottle to try after watching the documentary Bourbontucky. This was one of the brands that was talked about as a new brand. 
I liked tha whiskey and it drank neat very well although a bit of water really got it to open up. Very good bourbon and was a great value. As reputation and word of mouth get around the prices went up. Still a good whiskey.
