I winter in Florida and I use a gym there that has a different brand. So at my home in the north I had to get one. I decided to shop around for a great product with a fair price and came across Inspire Fitness. I use the equipment almost daily for the last 5 months and it has exceptional quality and smooth motion. It also has the ability to add extra weight to my workouts. It is a superior product to the gym and at a better price. 101 crunches a day makes it almost fun
