The right blend produces the right slushy

It's a very good slushy machine. The problem is not the machine when making slushy. You need to have the proper mix of water to syrup. First several tries machine kept stopping. Problem was too thick. After shutting down adding more water and booze , several times, I reached the proper blend. Now great slushies. Machine says one way. Mix says another. It's actually in the middle Premix all in a pitcher first. Then poor in the machine.
