Very nice, love the lighted keyboard especially! I would not have been able to set up myself. My niece who is very technology smart completed the set up but even with her expertise it did take about 3 hours. We are elderly and use computer for non-business activities. Just set up yesterday and not been used a lot in one day. I'm sure we will definitely get our money's worth. The speed is really a huge factor! The price was fantastic and HP computers have been great for us over many years.

My wife loves this laptop! I bought it for her birthday, and she just loves it! Super clean sharp images and great response when navigating. I may get one soon for myself. :)

This laptop has been excellent for my work needs. It's probably not something a gamer could use, but if you're looking for an affordable large screen laptop, look no further.

Excellent for Work Needs

Bought this to replace my old Apple MacBook.  Never understood why that brand is so expensive and what is so special about them.  Back to what I’m comfortable with and my money went a lot further.  This laptop was just what I wanted and I even got it on sale.  Score!

Nice, big laptop!

Excellent buy for the price.  Works well and I love the 17.3 inch screen.  I bought this for my mother and the only slight issue we had at first was that we thought the keyboard wasn't really backlit as advertised.  However, with a little research we discovered that you have to turn on the backlit keyboard by pressing on of the function keys.  It has two brightness modes which was unexpected surprise.  I highly recommend for every day personal use.

Great computer! Updated to Windows 11 right away. Had it for about a month and so far so good! Using for work and personal use.

Great computer - may buy a second one

I bought this laptop for someone as a Christmas gift. It has a larger screen and immediately updated to Windows 11. It’s great for occasional use and browsing websites. My only concern was the smaller storage and low memory. For occasional use it should be fine. It does have a full size keyboard, is light weight and uses a plastic case.

Speedy HP

Great laptop that met my expectations.  The only negative I have is the keyboard.  The letters do not show up even with the back lit feature.  I am not a touch typist and as such look at the keyboard when typing. Would have given 5 stars if the keyboard letters were visible.

My laptop arrived and was ready to go.  It has Windows 11 and no badic instructions on how to turn it off.  It also came preloaded with McAfee software.  I hate McAfee, they are already prodding me for credit card payment.   I am trying to find out how to uninstall in on Windows 11
