Startup Setup

Excellent laptop

Works great but already damaged the corner just  placing it in TSA bin at the airport. Exterior case is extremely not sturdy. Touch pad is very touchy and cursor doesn’t follow accurately my finger movements. I had to replace my last HP laptop because both plastic hinges wore out within two years. Shop tech says his is common with HP and a costly repair. Never had any of these issues from Toshiba, too bad they don’t produce laptops anymore.

Exterior dinked already.

Arrived early! So far I am enjoying the laptop. I haven't had a new laptop in 14years so I am learning as I go.

HP Envy

Overall, a good laptop but not great. Pros: Build quality, components, performance and vibrant screen. Cons: Hard to see keyboard and subpar camera (poor color quality and lighting).

Good but not great

The hinges on these 17” laptops fail.  A friend has had two and the most recent, 3 months since purchase, rh hinge has failed.  I know if 3 other owners that have had the same problem.  I’m Leary about purchasing one.  Has the options I’m looking for.

Cancelled order. They still shipped it. It took weeks to get a return shipping label and still waiting for my FULL refund. I will NEVER order from Sam's online again!!!! I will only purchase from the store.
