I've just set this up and  ... it is FAST ( faster than any desktop or laptop I've had or used in the last 25 years of working in offices.) The monitor is big and beautiful!

Get ready to go big and fast!

This desktop is perfect for the price.  Upon receiving this desktop, you will notice it is well packaged in a large colorful box.  The desktop shell is well built.  The monitor is massive and beautiful.  The wireless keyboard and mouse adds a nice touch.  I was a little nervous about Window 11 since this version is relatively new, but was relived when navigating through it.  Very similar to Windows 10 and extremely fast due to 12GB RAM.   I tried to beat this price via other stores, but no one could touch the price with the specific specs this desktop has.  A couple of things to know; there are no external speakers and no CD-DVD drive, but simple fix, both have been purchased.  I highly recommend this desktop!!!

HP Envy Intel i-7 DeskTop with 32" monitor.

We have been pleased with our new computer.  The large screen is a giant upgrade from our previous computer.  It is fast and easy to use.  We have only had it a couple of weeks, but so far it has met our expectations and we would recommend it.

It was a little hard to set up, didn't tell you that you had to purchase speakers to get the audio.

HP computer

Right out of the box, wireless card constantly disconnects, Runs on Windows 11. HP support is clueless on a solution.
Solution to correct: I found this on internet and it works
1.  got to power management 802.11 realtek pci adapter untick power saver
2. uninstall the 802.11 realtek pci adapter  reboot the computer and sign in back to network with your password ( the driver will automatically reinstall
3. go back to the same menu and just above   right click and disable the gaming gbe family controller
4. repeat step 2 again and you will see a different driver appear upon reboot for the  802.11 realtek pci  which is realtek 2024.0.10.223 date 5/21/2021
the wireless should stay connected after all of this is done

Easy to do in about 10 minutes

5. the gaming gbe family can be reenabled if a wired connection is also needed to be used

Wireless card driver does not work

The computer would not stay connected to the internet. I had to call tech support at HP twice before they solved the problem by reseting the computer. Once this was done, I have had no other problems but still, I expect computers to work out of the box.

A fair warning about connectivity issues

The keyboard is horrible--keys are flat and you can't tell where your fingers are on the keys.  The mouse is very cheap--will eventually break.  AND NO SPEAKERS!!!  Bought a better keyboard, mouse and speakers.  Would have expected better for over $1,000.  Have an older HP Pavilion (bought in 2012) that came with a WAY better keyboard, mouse and had speakers!!! The only thing good is the monitor--large and good resolution.

Monitor is great but keyboard & mouse are horrible

I wanted to love this computer, as I’ve had HP forever, but it didn’t work out for me.  The computer was very slow & kept dropping wi-fi constantly even while my old laptop was near by & never lost wi-fi connection.  I even upgraded my router to cover the area of my home + another home lol. I was so disappointed in this computer & frustrated that I returned it. I miss the large monitor & it was supposed to be a powerful computer so I could work from home, but my 5 yr old laptop works better! Maybe I just got a bad one?
