I love this bacon, usually purchase 3 or 4 at a time and keep them on hand. Even though they cost a bit more, we save on paper towels and paper plates since we usually microwave bacon to speed things up in the morning. Love that there is no mess with these and they taste great. The bacon thickness is not bad; I don't like thick bacon but also don't like the paper-thin pre-cooked bacon. These cook up great for me at 3 1/2 minutes. sometimes the bag pops open but still no mess just remember to place the white paper side on the bottom when you put it in. Great product, please keep the price reasonable.

Excellent product Love the no mess cooking

This microwaveable bacon is the absolute easiest to make. There’s not dirtying dishes or having bacon grease popping everywhere. You open the box take a 4 pack out and put it in the microwave. The bacon is in a microwavable bag that when cooking inflates like a balloon. You will hear it popping and cracking in the bag while it cools to perfection. Once done you just cut the bag open to find crispy bacon right out of the microwave. No mess just throw the bag in the trash and enjoy!

Hormel Black Label Microwave Bacon

This individual pouches of bacon to do in the microwave is a straightforward, mess-free, and efficient way to have your bacon perfectly crispy and delicious. In each pouch, there are four slices of bacon (not enough) and you place the plastic pouch in the microwave for the recommended amount of time (1-2 minutes), and boom perfect crispy delicious bacon every single time. There is no difference in taste from a bacon done on the stove or an air fryer which is pretty impressive. I love this bacon and will repurchase it.

3:30 usually is perfect crisp bacon. Depending on wattage. Sometimes you do get a fatty pack. Sometimes a little longer will fet it fixedx sometimes just out of luck.

I received this free product through BzzAgent and it did not disappoint. The bacon was packaged well andeasily that made for easy clean up. For microwave bacon this bacon was very delicious and crispy. My entire family loved it. I would highly recommend this product and will definitely be buying this in the future.

Convenient and so good!!!

(Hormel gave me this bacon for free so that I could review it.)  Finally, real bacon that's convenient and easy to cook!  From time to time I've tried pre-cooked bacon.  Maybe it's preservatives, or maybe it's guilt that I didn't put any effort in to preparing it, but it always tasted different.  Not so with this bacon.  It tastes very much like real bacon that I'd cook on a weekend - but in just 3 minutes.  Just put it in the microwave with the absorbent pad down, and microwave it until it looks done to you.  In my case that's three minutes.  I've tried it twice now, and this is as close as you'll get to pan fried or oven cooked (my favorite method) bacon as you'll get in a few minutes.

Real Bacon!

HORMEL sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. On Saturday morning my husband and I decided to make breakfast with bacon. I love bacon, but I don't like cleaning up the kitchen after cooking it. Therefore, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that each serving of bacon was in a separate bag and the bacon did not need to be fried, but rather heated in the microwave. There is no need to cut, pierce or open anything. Just pop it in the microwave and a miracle happens - you get crispy bacon. The kitchen is clean. There is no need to wipe anything, but just enjoy a delicious breakfast. I will definitely buy again this embodiment of my dreams!

This bacon is my dream

I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion. It’s great and easy no doubt. There was trial and error with cook times and I burnt a pack. Then there is no instruction on leaving the inner paper on bottom and maybe you don’t have to but when my husband put it on top in microwave, it burnt. So that was two packs of four strips thrown out. This is way way too expensive for trial and error. The ones that turned out okay were good/okay but taste no different IMO than their microwave already made bacon - which is the same price and you get more than double the amount of slices. I won’t be purchasing.

Easily burns

We were disappointed in this bacon. It does not cook evenly. Some packs cook crispy in 2 minutes while other packs cook much longer and end up nearly raw in places. The ends will cook in the middle does not. It is just very unpredictable.
