Local fresh fruit was added to ice pops to create the first paletas. The product was so loved, it led to many varieties being created, and spread across Mexico to become a beloved traditional treat.</p> <h3>The Helados Story</h3> <p>Their story begins more than 20 years ago, with two brothers—”Los Paleteros”—and a pushcart full of paletas. These brothers were from Mexico, and sold their first handmade paletas from a cart in California. Their secret recipe used only the finest ingredients: real cream, fresh fruit, cane sugar and fruit juice.</p>

We love getting these for a treat for us and our kids! They have natural ingredients with no added junk or artificial anything. Plus, Sam’s by far has the best price!

Healthier Treat Option at a Great Price!

We bought these for a church youth group pool party. They were the first popsicles to be eaten and definitely a favorite with the teens. They are a step above the sugary, artificially colored popsicles. The flavors were refreshing.

These are soooo good! I wish they just made the strawberry and coconut ones for sale together, as I don't like mango. But I will still buy these! :)

Nice fruity tasteing and cheap ice cream sticks i have bought the several times and used them as my dessert, the need to be kept really cool at it is an uncovered fruit and juice ice there will melt fast in the summer heat.

Mexican Ice Cream

I have purchased these several times and have always loved how flavorful they have been. This last purchase however, the ice cream bars are very watery and flavorless. Very disappointed.

Not the same

When these bars were 1st introduced to the public. They were outstanding. You could taste the chunks of fruits in every bite. Now nothing, no fruity bits in them at all. It’s just bland. I’m truly disappointed that the company change their product. They’re just sugar bars now.
