This double griddle is fantastic. I've cooked with Caraway before, and while the ceramic coating was supposed to be nonstick, it never held up when I put it to the real test: eight over-easy eggs at once. The GreenPan Valencia Pro double griddle has delivered effortless release six times in a row without hesitation. It's lightweight, impressively nonstick, easy to clean, and looks great in my kitchen. Great Quality Griddle!

Excellent griddle pan. It heats evenly, very non-stick, and a breeze to clean. I made my famous blueberry pancakes for my wife and she was thrilled with the results.

Serious Griddle Pan!

We use this on our induction stovetop. I really wanted a black stone but my husband talked me into this. It literally works the same way a black stone would but with a lot less work and from the comfort of my kitchen. I love it especially for frying up chicken and veggies. We put it over 2 burners so I do veggies on one half and chicken on the other. And it cleans up super easily.

The Greenpan ceramic frypans and everything pan I purchased were amazing. They conducted heat so much more efficiently than my other cookware that was rated as the best at the time. I used to cook almost everything on high heat and now medium-high seems to be the same heat. And nothing sticks to the surface. I was definitely impressed and had to get used to gentler handling using utensils because I didn’t have friction and needed less force. Why am I talking about skillets when this review is for. griddle? Because, the griddle with low sides requires even lighter handling with utensils. The griddle is even more so. Developing a lighter touch soon becomes second nature, though, and you get stellar results with a gentler touch. There’s an adaptive process to not having food sticking, but still browning and crisping  that you quickly overcome and I just love these pans. Oil is used for flavor and to get a level of crispness, which is great, and not required so food won’t stick, which results in you deciding to use more oil from a culinary perspective and not just to prevent sticking.

Wow, this griddle is slippery!

I have been looking for a double burner griddle for my induction stove double burner option.  I love the height of the sides it makes stove clean  up easier.  It will cook 8 1/3 lb. burgers easily (you will start with six and add two as beef heats.  Cleans well enough that I can cook for both vegetarians and omnivores with just washing.  It heats and cooks evenly just as you would expect of any Green Pan.

The GreenPan Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick 11" Square Griddle has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of cookware. The ceramic nonstick surface is outstanding—nothing sticks, even with minimal oil, and cleanup is effortless. Pancakes, eggs, grilled sandwiches, and veggies cook evenly and release perfectly every time.
I love how solid and well-made this griddle feels. It heats quickly and distributes heat evenly, eliminating hot spots. The stainless steel handle stays comfortable to hold, and the square shape provides extra cooking space compared to round pans, which is a huge plus.
Another big win is the peace of mind: it's free from PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, so I feel good about cooking for my family. It also works beautifully on all stovetops and holds up great in the oven.
Overall, this griddle delivers professional-level performance with easy maintenance and healthier cooking. Highly recommend, worth every penny!

Exceptional Quality & Performance – A Kitchen Must

Great size and quality.  I especially like that there is no drip area and the pan is totally flat to the corners.  I also like the higher sides.  The pan seems to heat evenly and cleans up so easily!

These pans are great. I followed the directions that came with them . Because of that the food does not stick and the pans were easy to clean. I am so happy with these pans. and I love the sizes perfect for my family. I definitely will be telling all my friends about them

Best pans

I had bought this same set after much research in grey but lost them in the California fires. Reordered in blue. Great color. Only downside is you do really have to use a lubricant like oil for optimum nonstick but health trade offs of no toxins released is worth it.

I recently puchased a set of the Performance Pro ceramic non stick pans. Almost immediately the pans started chinpping on the rims. I contacated customer service and they said that chipping is normal and the pan is safe to use. I did not have an issue with the safety. However, I do feel that Greenpan's marketing is misleading and that they should alert their potential buyers that there is a  probability of chipping on the rims. I do use the pan protectors that they provided when I bought the set. I am very disappointed with my purchase
