Since I iron most everything, I am always in search of an iron with adequate steam and function.  I purchased this model iron about 6 months ago, and was so impressed , I had to have a second one, before the model was replaced. The only thing I feel it is lacking is a longer cord.  Other than that I would highly recommend this product.

After using this iron twice, I have been pleasantly pleased with its performance.  It steams really well and I really like the any fabric non settings.  So far very pleased.

A perfect product and controlling steam is an art and a learning curve over more traditional clothes ironing products.

Price vs Cost = Value (a non sponsored review)

I love my new iron. It does a beautiful job with everything. I find it a bit heavy but I can deal with it because of the results.

Best iron ever.

I love this iron. I grew up ironing and never had an iron that was this expensive. This iron has made ironing so enjoyable and relaxing.

Worth the Price.

The fact that the temperature is appropriate, for all of my clothing is wonderful. However, I wish there was a shot of steam button. The surge of steam doesn't seem to make a big difference. Also, my biggest problem is with the water reservoir. It is black, and it is extremely difficult to see the water level. I can't understand why this isn't a clear plastic. Lastly, despite these issues, it does do a nice job removing wrinkles from my clothing.

Very good but could be better

This iron is very heavy.  Also you can't see how much water is in it.  I'm addition to that, when I have it set to steam, it automatically stops steaming while I'm still using it.  I'm not sure what that's about but I need to reset it to steam multiple times while using.  This iron is too expensive to have this many glitches.

Less features but good product

When I first purchased the GlideLite, I was pleased with how it steamed my clothes. All was right with the world; birds chirping, bees buzzing, bunnies hopping. Then one day, a few months after my purchase, it stopped emitting steam. It became warm to the touch, but not hot enough to steam out any wrinkles. Now I am left with an iron shaped door weight ( I appreciate the weight). Sadly, I had to go back to my cheap Hamilton Beach, that has been working for years. I was hoping to upgrade my iron, but ended up disappointed in what Conair put out. Yes, there are some occasional duds, but apparently, if a warranty was not purchased, they can't help you. My advise is buy the warranty, just in case.
