This is an absolutely amazing trash can. I was skeptical about ordering it because of possible shipping damage but it arrived in perfect condition. It's really nice looking and I love the soft close lid. It replaces a 35 year old trash can. I couldn't be happier.

Amazing Trash Can

Nice can, pretty sturdy and the foot press seems solid. Love the size and the fact that it opens from the end allowing me to put 3 side by side in a smaller space. One each for trash, al. cans and water bottles.  I do not however like the way you have to load the bags into the bag dispenser on the back nor the smelly bags that were sent with it. I ordered 3 of these cans and all 3 came with scented bags.  I have really bad allergies and scented bags gave me a head ache, so rehoming the bags to the local animal shelter. 
But I 'DO' like this can!

I really like the Glad 12 gallon steel trash cans.  It looks nice. The stainless steel doesn't show fingerprints like I expected.  The lid opens smoothly and closes so softly.  It's handy when my hands are full. It holds plenty of trash and the inside bucket makes changing bags easy. Overall, it's a solid trash can which is a little more expensive but well worth it for the look and convenience.

This can is amazing!  Fits nicely along side my  washer and dryer to have a trash can in my laundry room.

Perfect Fit!

Very flimsy stainless steel walls...it arrived with a big dent in it! The packaging could definitely be improved upon. Top and bottom had Styrofoam lining, but the sides were unprotected inside the box.
