This cultivation method allows them to produce wines that represent all the nuances of the terroirs of the South of France. Biodynamic agriculture is similar to homeopathy for the vine. It consists of the use of compost and herbal teas made from biodynamic plants. Biodynamics takes into account all the natural elements surrounding the vine and draws on cosmic rhythms. The conversion of the estates to biodynamic agriculture began in 2002 at Domaine de Cigalus. Today, all the vineyards are cultivated biodynamically in accordance with DEMETER specifications. By 2023, all of its vineyards will have completed their conversion to certification, for the benefit of nature, winemaking teams, and wine consumers.</p> <h3>Sustainability</h3> <p>The group continues its commitment to a sustainable development policy, reaching an important milestone by carrying out a carbon footprint assessment.
