Quick and easy last minute gift

I purchased 2 gift cards and both were received with ZERO balance. I reached out to support and they basically said it was not their problem, that I should reach out to gap to try to get it resolved. I’ve spent an hour so far trying to get in contact with someone to help me. So just know that you’re not guaranteed a gift card with the balance and if you get one like me with no balance, Sam’s will not do anything about it.
