How is Fresh Sushi Made?

The original sushi was created in Asia, and has been a classic Japanese food since the 8th century. The fish used in sushi needs to be sushi-grade, which means it meets high standards for fat content, freshness and taste. The fish is frozen to a temperature below -60° F to ensure it's sashimi grade.
