We got the red one and it looks nice. It works well and makes good bread. The negatives would be that the recipes in the manual are in metric measurements.  This is our third or fourth breadmaker and the failure is usually in the shaft for the kneeling paddle.  This has the same design as our last one that failed and repair is difficult.  It seems that a quality product would have a way to repair the typical failure point rather than discarding the unit.

Attractive appearance and works well

The machine works. Which is great and what you want. However, the problem is the Instruction booklet that also includes recipes, is not written by someone with English has their first language. It is absolutely the worst. Completely useless. Why can't we buy products in the USA?

Too many products from China

This is an Ok bread machine, nothing to get really excited about. The instruction manual is almost useless as it conveys so little information and written by non-English speaker that did not appear to try and make it readable. You do not learn anything about the timing of cycles. The bread barrel is 15% smaller than any of my previous machines so I had to decrease my recipes by 15% by volume. It also bakes the backside of the loaf more than the frontside, but not enough to be a deal killer. As with most bread machines you need to scrape out the corners and sides for unmixed dough that would show as patches of hard flour if not done. I do like the simple controls and the flexibility. The bake cycle defaults to 10 minutes, I usually need 60 minutes  and it does not allow crust darkness adjustment within the bake function. I cook about 3 loaves of bread, wheat and Gluten free, each week, so I use it a lot. It is noisier than any of my previous bread machines. So far I have made about 20 loaves and it is still working. I hope it lasts a good long time.

This is an Ok bread machine, nothing to get really

After the sealing gasket on our 20ish year old bread maker broke down (no replacement part available), we reluctantly replaced with one from this decade. Without spending a ton of money towards gadget, we went with this model...and knowing the return would be painless, it was worth the risk. 
First, upon unboxing, read the book to know how to get the pan in and out, then throw the book away. Truly, it's so poorly translated, it could be funny. 
I kept our prior book and it transfers just fine. There are many more options with this model; we've fussed with them and all in all, everything has worked out just fine. I'm speaking of “raw dough” and “leavened dough”...uhhhh, the old one had a “dough” cycle. Whatever, the bread was delicious. 
We're keeping the machine. And if anything's a wreck, we'll laugh and eat it or throw it away.

Throw the book away

I love this machine it makes perfect bread. I am addicted. Only have had it sinxe Feb 20 ans have made bread 7 times.

Best Bread

Purchased on clearance and immediately set it to work. We're a family of 5 and we've been making a loaf a day for the last two weeks, no concerns thus far. One thing I find with the recipes you have to watch your fluids, sometimes we're a little dry and sometimes we're a bit moist. Thankfully you can lift the lid while it's mixing so you can add a splash of milk or a dust of flour. Works great! Tastes good!

I think is one of the best. This machine has power, makes a really good bread every single time even if you change the recipes, is fast and simply the best.

Best bread machine

It works well, but is a step down from our previous breadman. Smaller, and makes a lot more noise. Also, it will dance across your counter while in operation unless you stabilize it.

Mediocre - loud, smaller pan than competition

This made a very tasty loaf of bread for its first use!  It looks very nice and the paddle really kneads the dough well.  I am more than happy with my purchase.  Thanks Sams!

Great Bread Maker!

Was having trouble deciding between this item and the CSS bread maker, but they appear to be identical except for the name.  You need 11" of counter space for the width, and 13" for the depth.  It is not too heavy to pick up and store if you need to.  The bread maker is a bit noisy, but it doesn't move on my counter and doesn't get too hot on the bottom.   There is only a single paddle, but it stops after about 5 minutes of mixing so you can grab a soft spatula and get any stuff out of the corners.  The manual is written in Chinglish but quite understandable with a little patience.  It does indicate that you need to turn the pan counterclockwise before trying to pull it out.  Soaking with hot soapy water helps get the paddle out of the pan if it sticks after baking.  Basic recipes are included.  Using actual bread flour helps, and so does measuring like you were doing a chemistry experiment.  Butter can be chopped into small pieces to soften at room temperature.  Hot melted butter is a bad idea as I found out.  The inconvenience of having to buy a simple digital kitchen scale to accurately measure the flour is more than offset by other useful things you can do with that scale.  Frigidaire just has its name on this unit, and warranty service is provided by Curtis International, a Canadian company.  Made in China.
