Wonderful fruit. Just had to sift through several boxes at Sam's because many of them were moldy. It would be great to have fresher ones at my south san Antonio Sam's club. However, I am very thankful they carry them here.

Love these! So grateful that they have been available recently. Used to live in Hawaii and South Florida and LOVE being able to find fun tropical fruits in our local stores.

Delicious tropical treat!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that this box of fresh lychee was available! The quality is very good and the freshness is perfect. I hope Sam’s Club will continue to bring this back annually.

Fresh Lychee!!!

Such a yummy fruit. Taste like a pear/strawberry but kinda slimy like texture inside. You can cut and peel these and pop them in your mouth like a cherry and spit the seeds out, or cut in half, peel and cut around the seed. The seed is one big oval seed. I just tried them this summer for the first time ever. Great health benefits.

I was surprised Sam’s Club had Lychees. The Lychee was okay. It could’ve been more sweet, it probably needed more time to sweeten. It was nice that Sam’s Club had a variety of different fruits that you don’t see in other stores.

Not enough fruit, but the kids love them.

Wish the lychees were bigger in size for higher edible portion.  Had to throw away a few that showed sign of fungal growth.

Lychee for a Change

It look good. But once you peel the cover , there was hardly anything. Then seed was covered inside. You can barely get Lychee out of that. Other places have small seed and big piece lychee

I  had never had Lychee or heard of it, but love to try new foods. The shell was easy enough to break through, but the fruit was sparce. Cost more than worth to me. Gave it to a friend who didn't like them either, so was going to give to someone from Mexico.

No Lychee for me

The meat is thin and sour. I think they harvested too early (still green). I grew up eating lychee in different country. The meat is thick, sweet and juicy. This one is really bad. Very disappointed that Sam’s Club got this.  Will not buy anymore with this kind of quality.
