My 5 year old fits in the 5T with ease. I was shocked because she wears size 6 for most everything else. This coat is true to size. Cozy and comfy interior. Adorable subtle sparkles make it a bit sassy for them to feel stylish this winter. Only complaint is the hood has no cinch feature, it is simply a flip up and down hood making it less ideal for windy winter outdoor playtime. Overall a great coat, highly recommend!!!

Just the right size

This Free Country girls boarder jacket is awesome! My daughter really loves it because it came in this smoky lavender color which is a really pretty shade of purple but more importantly it's extremely comfortable. We've already had a few chilly mornings going into school this year and she was elated to be able to wear this. It definitely keeps her nice and warm. The design is super cute, hood and inside are very soft, has three zippered pockets to keep things secure, and has velcro adjustable wrists to snug it up, as needed. My wife already said she wants one just like it if they make them in adult sizes. We got this in size S (6/6X) for our daughter who's in kindergarten and it fits her very well (slightly on the larger size but perfect to grow into and potentially wear next year, too). It's touted as being water resistant, wind resistant, and having Repreve insulation which is made from recycled plastic bottles. Definitely an awesome cold-weather jacket!

Free Country Girls Boarder Jacket

This is a really nice jacket for the price. My daughter’s favorite part is the front pocket with zipper closure. It has a soft faux fur liner, and a super cute name patch with room to write the names of three “explorers”. I would note that the tag says water resistant and not waterproof. It would be fine for dry, cold days, but not snow play.

Nice jacket, good quality

This Free Country girls jacket is true to size, not overly puffy, and still very warm. The fleece on the inside is super soft! It has pockets and elastic around the wrists.  There is also a gathered area in the back to make it more fitted. The hood is good sized as well, I think a hat would still be able to be worn under it if needed.  We have the pink, marbled jacket.

Cute lightweight and warm jacket

This free country winter coat is water resistant and wind resistant. This is perfect for Midwest winter. The hood and inside back of the jacket is  lined in fleece. There are three pockets on the outside with really cute glitter pulls. This is a wonderful jacket

Very warm winter coat

This is a wonderful winter jacket. I ordered a size up for my daughter and it still fit her pretty well. The hood is furry on the inside as well as the jacket has some fur where the back is. Really nice material and a pretty purple.

So loved the moment we got it. My daughter loves how comfortable it is. It looks bulky but it isnt. Shes always cold in her classroom and says she can wear it all day! We havent used it for winter just yet. My daughter loves the color. If shes happy then im happy!

This is a high quality jacket that also is very stylish. It is soft and warm and comfortable. The jacket appears to be very well made and of high quality materials. My granddaughter loves it and can not wait until it is cold enough to wear it.
