After researching for well over a year, Forno clearly had the best value and affordability for my kitchen renovation.

Great value

Was a bit harder to install than anticipated - my carpenters struggled. However, once everything was in we absolutely are thrilled with the look and functionality! Will definitely be purchasing some accessories for the inside to make organization easier but all in all I would definitely recommend.

But so far everything is good. They are very nice looking. They came very quickly. I would recommend Forno at this point. Visually the quality is outstanding. We have propane and it comes with a conversion kit. Delivery was not as smooth as I expected it be and the delivery service pushed back on the white glove service, but ultimately unpacked the appliances in the kitchen.

Just getting started

Raffaele B has been helping us with some defects on our fridge that arrived -- responsive even while dealing with supply chain issues. They've shipped us new replacement doors and handles (no instructions but they ended up being relatively easy to swap out and hit re-set on)!

After-sale service is great!

After weeks of searching online I found Forno. The sales rep Genevieve gave us a virtual tour of the showroom since we live in the U.S. in the state of Texas. We order the full kitchen they were delivered faster than expected by nice and professional delivery men. I am now in my home, and I love my kitchen. I get so many compliments about my kitchen. My builder and I have recommended Forno to others. Love this brand.

Big and Beautiful!

Based on the pictures I was not expecting to receive 2 individual 30" units. I also wasn't aware that in order to use the trim pieces the units must be installed in an elevated  cabinet. I now have two short and awkward looking fridges standing side by side in my kitchen instead of the large commercial style fridge I envisioned.

Shorter than expected

The unit looks and performs great. The freezer is a great size but you don't have an ice maker. As far as the fridge, you definitely compromise on the space and lack a water dispenser. The fridge also only has one drawer at the bottom, 3 shelves, and the door can only hold smaller jars. Just understand that this piece, while functional, is just simply a style piece.
