A card game for people who are into kittens. And explosions. And laser beams. And sometimes goats... Includes all cards from the original Exploding Kittens® game. Plus, a squishy cat burglar. Play the classic Exploding Kittens® card game with a little added thievery thanks to the Cat Burglar Edition. Exploding Kittens® is a highly strategic, kitty-powered version of Russian Roulette. Players draw cards until somebody draws an Exploding Kitten, at which point they explode and are out of the game. To avoid exploding, they can defuse the kitten with a laser pointer or catnip sandwich or use powerful action cards to move or avoid the Exploding Kitten. In this edition, you can also use the squishy Cat Burglar figure to steal cards from opponents. But be careful! Being a great burglar also makes you a great target! <ul> <li>Draw Cards Players draw cards until somebody draws an Exploding Kitten.</li> <li>Explode At which point they explode and they are out of the game.</li> <li>Defuse Unless they defuse the kitten with a laser pointer or a catnip sandwich.</li> <li>Action Cards Or they use powerful action cards to move or avoid the exploding kittens.</li> <li>Steal Pass the foam Cat Burglar around the table to rob your opponents of their precious cards. We played with five people the first time we planned and it was so much fun.  It seems intimidating at first,  but once you start playing it is really easy.  The five outsole playing were all over 30 and we just laughed so hard. Strategy is everything.

Strategy is Everything

An extra twist on an already fun game. I first played this game in its original version and loved imploding kittens. So love this new variation and the fact the base set of cards is included as well is a huge bonus. That by itself is worthy of 5 stars but add the variation you can choose to play is great fun. And the cat burglar is so cute

Awesome variation!

Adorable game and super fun! My kids loved it!! I love the packaging too, the box has a nice soft like feel to it but very sturdy and durable at the same time. The display is super cute with the kitten being shown. This would make a really fun gift! My kids were thrilled to play and thought it was really fun! Kept their attention and they wanted to play again the next night.

What a cute game!!

I played excluding pins with my 18 and 14-year-old daughter. It is tough to find games that we can all play together. I hope you had a great time playing, and my youngest daughter was laughing and crying. My only suggestion is to watch the directions on YouTube before you play.

Fun with teens

This game is a lot of fun. It’s kind of like Uno but for cat lovers. It’s easy to learn and you can play with two players or up to five. The graphics on the cards are very cute. It’s adult or family friendly.

Hilarious and fun

We took the game to my sisters house for the kids to have something to do while we played cards. The kuds had fun. They stayed occupied, which almost never happens. The kuds have had great fun with it since then as well.

Great game

This game was a bit confusing in the beginning to understand. But after a few rounds it is a fun game to have on hand. It will keep you on edge hoping to avoid drawing “the card,” but it’s a game that’s worth adding to your collection. Fun for game nights, family games, a cabin, etc.

Title More Punchy Than Game Itself

We played this game with my children’s ages 5 and 7. The box does say ages 7 and up but our 5 year old could handle it. After two rounds they understood the rules fairly well. The titles on the cards are funny and child friendly. The game play is fast and upbeat, and no one was bored.

Fun game for a family

My kids ages 8-13 were really excited to play to game!  The packaging, graphics and humor is spot on.  We found some of the instructions a little confusing and unclear, although there is a helpful link to watch a video how to play the game.  The game is silly and fun, but not our favorite
