I have been using this product for over 3 years now. It is very good for the daily shower. I can't tell much about the hydration side but it is indeed working well cleaning.

Smells great. Perfect for your daily shower specially during the summer. Love it when I come out of the shower and I feel this cold sensation all over my body. It's very refreshing after a long, hot-sweaty day. The bottle size is just perfect and lasts a long time.
