I drink the diet because the regular is too sweet. This has a nice consistency.  The sweetness is perfect- it doesn't have the "diet taste" common with diet drinks.  It's good cold but I wouldn't recommend using ice cubes in it. When  the ice melts- it waters down the flavor a bit. The value is good for the price although the price has increased. Shake it before drinking because it tends to separate a little. It paired nicely with a strawberry salad but not so nice with soup.

This is the only iced tea I drink, it cannot have sugar. Sam's Club doesn't always have in stock.
