[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would give it 5 stars off the fragrance alone. The clean smell and feel is great also. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn’t moisturize the skin and some time after drying off, certain body parts were dry. If they could add an effective moisturizer to it; then it would be perfect.

This smells and feels like watered down dish soap.  Dial Corp needs to bring back the clean rinsing body wash, spring water scent (greenish color), 2-in-1 Antibacterial Cleanser Plus Moisturizer.

New formula is HORRIBLE!! Started using this body wash a number of years ago and have been a loyal customer, even though it was comparatively expensive. Loved it.

New stuff is awful -- why did you do this?? Must be cheaper ingredients. It feels and smells cheaper. Not nearly as thick and robust as the original, which made good lather. This is thin and doesn't lather well at all. Then there is the smell -- more like bathroom cleaner than the wonderful original fragrance.

Why Dial? WHY??

Bring back old formula -- new one TERRIBLE!

I have used for years with no issues! It was the only body wash I could use and now I am not able to do that as there is something that was added in that has cause contact dermatitis. Sadly I have to now use bar soap as it does not cause this issue and is still antibacterial 🙄 please go back to the original formula!

Not so great “new formula”

I've been using the original Spring Water body wash for over a decade. I have extremely sensitive skin and this body wash helped clear up lots of issues I was having. The new formula is not the same and does not work the same. I'm starting to have the same issues I used to have years ago that had cleared up completely.  Why change something that so many people have used for years when there wasn't anything wrong with it to begin with?! Like most of the other reviews say, BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA.

New formula is terrible

I was an educator and I continue to volunteer in health related fields. I started buying this because of its antibacterial ingredients and it didn't leave you smelling like a medical facility. In the shower today I happened to glance at the bottle and it's no longer antibacterial. I have an old travel size bottle that I refill for trips and it clearly shows it used to contain triclosan. When did this change and why?! Will not be buying this product anymore.

This new refresh and renew is horrible to the skin, and the Vitamin E addition causes us skin rash. Please my family are loyal customers for over 20 years. PLEASE BRING BACK SPRING WATER without the Vit. E. Go back to old formula or at least give consumers a choice. Thank you

Not sure why they changed the formula. I used this for years after a surgeon recommended it. It was my go to body wash. This new formula doesn't smell the same and my sinuses don't agree with it. It has more ingredients now. It dries my skin out. Please go back to the old formula.

New formula is trash

I ordered a four pack of my usual good smelling body wash that I loved just to receive the new version and I am not happy. Just washed my hands to see how it will smell and I hate it. Smells like nasty flowers. I will be returning them for a refund.  I am angry because it is so difficult to find a nice pleasant clean scent. I don't want to smell like flowers or food. Whoever decided to change it needs to be fired from their job! You don't change things that are great the way they are!  Ignorance!
