I love my new laptop. The Dell Inspiron 15.6" FHD Touchscreen is exactly what I was looking for and needed. A Big Thank You to Thia, the very nice lady at Sam's Club customer service, who helped me with this purchase.

Great Laptop!

Everything was good except it does NOT have backlit keyboard. But I am enjoying it.

Very good except for no backlit keyboard.

Super nice I recommend it to everyone.

I quickly reviewed the "highlights" of this laptop on my cell phone prior to ordering.  According to the "highlights" it states that it is LED backlit.   We received the laptop very quickly, in good condition.  However, we were surprised when it did NOT have a backlit keyboard.  After further review of the specifications section, it states that it has a LED backlit display, not a backlit keyboard.   I found it somewhat misleading that it stated "LED backlit" in the highlights section.  Most times, advertisements will use the wording "LED backlit" when it comes to the keyboard and not the display.  Because of course, all displays are backlit.  Anyway, we do like the laptop and will keep it.  Just disappointed that it was exactly how we thought it was going to be.  If it were indeed, backlit and we didn't feel deceived by the misleading information in the highlights section......we would have given this five stars.

DOES NOT HAVE BACKLIT KEYBOARD

Gave 3 stars because just learning to navigate it.

Love the touch screen

This model has a keyboard and touch screen and they keyboard was non functional.  Right out of the box I spent hours online and on the phone with service.  Ultimately, Dell sent a box and I mailed it in for service.  I still do not have it back.  Hopefully, it will work but I wish I would have went another way.  Very disappointed.

Instant regret

This didn’t work from the get go. Took forever to charge and set up. Then it never cooled down. Was super hot. Took it back the next day for return. Sam’s took it back no problem!

Buy something else!

when I first bought this laptop I really loved it and I bought a second one for my son. both of ours now have issues. mine is a little over a year old and his is a little less than a year old. both of ours are having problems with the keys in the bottom row, some of the numbers and the space bar and are some of the letters. there's also something wrong with the charging port on mine. I thought it was the charger so I bought a new one and same issue. it has to be in a certain position in order for the connection to work and my laptop to charge. horrible purchase! absolutely avoid this laptop!!
