I was very skeptical about buying a .177 brake barrel rifle instead of buying a C02 operated rifle. But since having this one, I have founded it to be as affective as was advertised. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I would buy another like, should anything happen to this one. Crosman, thank you! And keep up the good work.

This air rifle is exactly what we were looking for. We use this to kill bunnies for slaughter, but my husband and kids also use it for fun shooting at targets in the back yard. Easy to use and not to heavy.

Great product. Packaging was a little lite, but no damages.

Great air rifle

Solid and sturdy, much more air rifle than I expected.  Still trying to Zero in the scope.  The gun shoots low and left of the bullseye and adjusting the windage and elevation doesn't seem to matter.

Very well built 22 caliber air rifle

I think this is an excellent air rifle for the money. I gave a 4 star overall rating, because, well, it's a little more than a hundred dollar air rifle, and is not what you would get for two or three times as much money from a German or English built air rifle, but it does the job quite well. The trigger is too hard, and I fixed that myself because I have experience doing that safely. For non-airgun smiths, I recommend leaving it alone and getting used to it. The rifle has a very good fit and finish, is accurate with the right pellets and the right hold on the gun, and has plenty of power.
Holding the rifle loosely, and consistantly, to let it recoil freely as possible, and the same way each time, I have found that RWS Super-H-Points, after a short conditioning period of shooting them through the rifle (which with airguns, you have usually to do when you change pellet brands or type) I get 5 shot groups that can be covered with a half-dollar coin at 30 meters (33 yards).

Just what I was expecting, or a little better.

I gave it a four star because the one thing I found it was lacking was power however it's a fun rifle to play with  and it's pretty accurate so yes I would recommend this pellet gun to my viewers

It's a very nice good pellet rifle for the price.

The gun overall is good for what you pay I only got mine today and it does have some weight to it. It's almost built exactly like a .22 caliber rifle the scope is ok and the iron sights are magnificent the only problem I have is the break barrel feature, although I am a not so muscular 13 year old boy I can't seem to reload it but I just got it today so I still probably need to figure things out. It doesn't come with pellets so you have to purchase them separately I would also recommend to get a pellet pen. A pellet pen makes reloading the gun much easier and there only about $8. But for what you pay for the gun  (about $120) you get a lot good quality, good accuracy too. With that being said if you're just starting out with air rifles you may want to go for something a bit cheaper just to see if you really like, them work your way up. A good start out rifle would probably be the daisy powerline 880.

Break barrel is hard but overall good gun

Was a better value than what I expected, the power was off the charts for this weapon.

this is a really nice gun for the money the wooden stock is better then i thought it would be and the barrel and other metal parts are blue coated the trigger pull is fairly long but you can make it not as bad by adjusting the 2nd stage adjustment screw the trigger pull on this gun is about 3.5 pounds this guns favorite pellets to shoot are the JSB jumbo exact monsters 400 ct and the crosman hunting pellets 1250 ct the open sights are fiber optic front and rear and are the best ones i've ever seen the wooden stock is fairly soft and gets damaged real easly but if you keep it in a good case and dont drop it it wont be that much of a problem this gun is really accurate as long as you do your part with the open sights this air gun is extremely powerful and the cocking effort is not that bad the trigger is not the best but you get used to it after a while

the best gun for the money

The rifle is a 22 cal. not 177.  Extremely hard to sight in.  Seems to be well made but useless for the most part.
