At about the halfway point I can already notice a difference. Since I bought them at Sam's, they were not packaged with any retail packaging, therefore there were no instructions. Since I had used them before, that wasn't a problem but I could see it would be first time user.

I was annoyed that the strip packets were shipped loosely in a plain box. There was no informational pamphlet included, no directions, nothing else. Other than that, I think this product works great!

Shipped in plain box, no instructions

The Crest 3D White strips work very well. I'm very happy with how they work. My issue is with what they were sent in. It was a plain box with no writing on it and the strips were all mixed together. The directions are on each strip but if I hadn't used them before I would've returned them. Not sure why they were sent like that.

Don't understand how Sam's Club could/would seek any name-brand product in generic packaging.  Leads one to wonder if the product could have been tampered with.

Generic packaging / brown box

Not the usual box, it came in the small brown box with Crest on the top, doesn't show amount of time to leave on teeth (googled (45mins), was not the same one's as I've had before which was 30mins.

Strips came in a white box, not the original packaging! The box came without any outside labels or directions for use. I had to go online to find out how long to keep the strips on my teeth. I expect better from SAMS!

Disappointed

This item arrived in a plain unmarked box. No Crest Whitestrips packaging, no use instructions or bonus monthly strips. Only some Crest Whitestrips. This is the second time this has occurred. I returned the first one I received as the item was not as advertised. Please someone fix this issue.

Item not as advertised and no protection packaging

I ordered this product for a gift.  It did not come in the package you see.  It came in a plain brown box and the whitening strips were loose in the box.  There was a 5 x 5 card in the box that had a colored picture explaining the product.  Very disappointing when giving as a gift.

Poor packaging

The crest white strips came in a plain cardboard box. Not in original packaging. It is unclear why they were just loose white strips in a box. I contacted Sams who resent but they came the same way the second time. They are probably OK, but I did not want to take a chance. Never did get an explanation why they were sent this way twice. I was refunded.
