I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a house plant purchased.
Within only 48 hours of bringing the plant into my home, it became clear the specimen was heavily infested. The plant is now covered in thousands of bugs, which have begun to spread to my home and other healthy plants.
As a loyal member, I expect a certain standard of quality and "Member Satisfaction" that was clearly not met here. Due to the severity of the infestation, it is not safe or practical for me to transport this infested soil back into my vehicle to return it to the club.

Buggy Rubber Plant!!

Our plant was fresh when we got it (Rex Begonia), but each day it continued to dry out, and all the leaves started falling off.  We provided plenty of water, but all research indicated the plan was dyeing due to the lack of humidity.  We purchased a container that would hold water below the plant in hopes that the extra humidity would help it.  However, another we has passed and the plant continues to look dry with dying leaves.

It had a broken branch, and a little wilted on one leaf, but I took it home, and is thriving. A new leaf is about to open. So thankful for sales at Sam's club.

Excited to see it grow!

I knew that some leaves had to die before getting used to my house but I bought 3 and they all died but came back stronger. So if you have the patience these are a good choice.

They'll die but will come back better.

My mom and I spotted this plant and could wait to add it to our other indoor plants. We did not water it the first day. We woke up and all the leaves were yellow and crinkled. Disappointed

Died after the first day

This plant looked very healthy. Got it home to find hundreds of small black bugs. Placed plant outside. Whole house had to be cleaned. Disappointed

Got this one for $5! Plant is about 20 inches tall with the pot it stands at 30”. Beautiful large leaves. She is happy in her new home!
