While the appearance is daunting, the taste was great. Had several people ask me about it. It’s crumbly and has a nice onion flavor.

Unique

Excellent cheese. Has a mild sweet caramelized onion flavor. We eat it as part of our charcuterie plate. For a change, I shredded some and put it on the top of the ThanksGiving green bean casserole and it added a really unique flavor.

Excellent cheddar, my favorite one ever. My husband who is from England also agreed that it was lovely cheese. We used it on a cheese board at our st Patrick’s day party.

We slice this cheese thin and bake it to make savory cheese snacks for the perfect healthy snack.  Great subtle caramelized onion flavor for that perfect satisfying taste!!!

This is really good and would go with a variety of foods just as cheddar and caramelized onions would normally.

Tasty and Sweet

I like this cheddar, but it wasn’t quite as I expected as great and new flavor but it’s just got a texture that I’m not quite sure about. I’m sure without a doubt and LODGE getting eaten though.

Not my favorite. Very strong onion flavor. Might be better used in a dish that calls for cheese. I'd leave it off the cheeseboard though.

I love cheese.  This one was reduced in price.  I scoped it up.  When you slice it, it has a wonderful flavor, and texture.  But, when you melt it on anything, it just looks disgusting!

I thought this would be great: nice English cheddar with an oniony kick. But the onions made the cheese sickeningly sweet. Could not stand it. Fortunately, Sam's return policies include returns. Good for Sam's Club, lousy cheese.
