I'm am extremely satisfied with this sectional! I The couch was packaged properly for safe delivery.  It's exactly the right measurements. Good quality and clean look, and the cushions are not so soft or hard. just right. i'm happy about that. If you're looking for a sectional, for the price, it's an awesome purchase!!!

Bought two of the grey colored couches + ottomans for our family room and they are perfect!  Perfect size, perfect color...grey is a little darker than the pictures on line but that was just what we wanted.  We were waffling about getting them but we are so glad we did.  The delivery people were helpful, fast and efficient as well!

Love this set!

We just recently got this and we are thrilled with our purchase.  At first we were concerned about our dogs damaging the material but it has been pleasantly scratch free.  Quality of the material seems to be very good. Very easy to assemble and found the legs in the zip pouch underneath with no trouble.  When it first came it looked a little low to the ground but that hasn't been an issue for us.  Originally we considered buying one without an ottoman because we love our coffee and didn't think we needed both but so glad we went with a sectional that has an ottoman.  It is comfortable and relaxing with the chaise and the ottoman.  The color was pretty accurately portrayed in the image and was easy to find accent furniture to match.  So far this has been the perfect addition to our home and we highly recommend it to others.  We couldn't have found a better match than this one for our little family.

Perfect Fit!

This is the perfect little couch. It's comfortable and stylish, and fits perfect in our space. We got the Grey one! It's very nice. 
My only wish is the lounge part clipped to the couch bottom ... but it hasn't been that big of a deal.. 
I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, because so many people said they were missing two cushions... they are packed and zipped under the couch.. thank goodness the delivery guy showed us :). He also helped set it up which only took about 10 minuets.  
It looks great and is very comfortable.. and big enough for two people to sleep on when All pushed together... we love it

Perfect little couch

I needed something for my family room area which offered more seating without taking up too much space.  I was quite impressed with this sectional.  I have to say the seats are actually quite firm (I really thought it would be cheap, but it's not).  It looked exactly like it did online (the finish is not glossy/ shiny, but matte).  So far, I'm enjoying it and feel it was a great product at a great price.

Impressive for the price!

First thing first, I like the sectional. Its quite appealing, sturdy and the right size for a small living room space. The overall look and feel of the sectional is pleasing. The cushions are pretty firm and the ottoman is pretty large. The one thing that is not pleasing to my eyes is the space  where the headrest is attached to the main frame. You can see the metal latches from behind. I hoped the headrest should be more flushed to the backrest. It took almost a month for the delivery company to deliver the couch to my house. First time they scheduled the delivery but found out later that they never had the item in their warehouse. It took them a while to locate it and in the meantime I kept waiting for my sectional which I had paid promptly. I am quite happy with my purchase but sams club can do a little better delivering the items to the buyer.

Claire Leather Sectional

I bought this sofa on sale for $399.00. At this price I consider it a good buy. It is faux leather and great with grandkids and dogs. But I would be disappointed if I had paid full price as one of the screw on legs falls off all of the time because the hole drilled in the bottom of the sofa is way to big. I have to find a way to fix it. I would probably have returned it if not for the sale price.

Chaise sofa

Just got it 3 days ago... it came as an incomplete set with missing 2 back pillows and big hole on the bottom right hand of the sofa. They said will discuss with quality control team and give an answer within 2-3 days. Today is the third day and still waiting for Abbyso's answer .

Suck !

Arrived damaged
I thought of giving the item a try after reading the mixed reviews. The couch seems very nice for the price. While assembling the couch, I found that the couch was ripped from multiple places badly. Also it has got scratches on the leather. Definitely sending the damaged couch back for refund.

Damaged item arrived

It took almost 3 weeks to arrive and was damaged right outta the box. Small slice in the leather and it was missing cushions. Major inconvenience trying to get a replacement with Sam's club cust. service. But at least the 1st delivery man brought inside of my home. When the second couch showed up the delivery man refused to bring it in and wouldn't take the old one with him. Even though I confirmed with both Sam's and the delivery company. They both assured me that was no issue. So we had a couch on our porch for a week before it was picked up. The 2nd couch had all cushions and was in good shape, or so it seemed. Screwed the legs in and flipped it over and heard a crunching noise from underneath. The wood that supports the leg cracked in half. I used 2 screws to “fix” it and am deciding what to do next. Others have had the same issues so this is not a one-off situation
