Heats up SUPER fast.  We don't have any other product to compare it to.  I just know that every time we use it, we are always astonished.  Other features are nice, too.  
We bought one for our coffee nook, 
and we bought two more as gifts for retirement and Christmas.

Only reasons for not giving 5 stars are..
-The keep warm feature auto shuts off after an hour or so and I would like for it to stay warm longer.

-the max and minimum fill indicator is not so easy to read.. you have to kinda swirl it around to see where it's at.

Don't forget to read the manual, quick easy set up.

Wonderful impulse buy

I have not used the "Keep Warm" setting enough to say just how well it works, however I can say every other function from this electric kettle works perfectly. The multiple heat settings and gooseneck spout is what first drew me to this kettle and both work exactly how I was hoping they would. I recommend this electric kettle to anyone who likes a variety of hot drinks.

Awesome little Kettle

Works well, easy to use. replaced a prev chefman kettle with buttons that no longer worked so like that these buttons are displayed out for easier selection! heats up so quick and gooseneck is great for coffee pour overs. 0.8L is pretty small like for 2 cups of coffee/tea so thats the only disadvantage as we had 1.8L previously but with it heating up quick, i dont see the capacity being an issue if you need more water. Some steam can come out by the top so some caution when removing the top to refill when its still hot

Not worth buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "I've used my new kettle quite a bit for the past two days since it arrived. It's quite a neat unit. It performs as described and looks good as well. The fit and finish of the kettle and the base is very well done and inspires confidence that it will be useful for years to come. The spout is the heart of the perfect coffee ""Pour Over"" and the Chefman got it just right. It pours at proper consistency

Really easy to use overall a good purchase, that I recommend.

Great Product!!!!

The lid is very poorly designed with insufficient vent holes. When using the Coffee or Black Tea settings (highest temp settings), boiling water comes spewing out of the gooseneck spout. If my hand had been lying on the counter, I could have been seriously burned. The only way to work arpund this is to place the lid slanted to allow steam to escape. Then try not to burn yourself putting it back on before pouring. At the end of the day, this was a waste of money, since you can't even use this as it was designed to be used.

Boils over. Use at your own risk.

If you want to make tea in this unit, simply hang a screw-on infuser to one of the cut-outs in the sides of the lid. Works like a charm.

Handy/Attractive  Fast Water Boiler
