Bought this item last year and has used this on all my deep fried dishes since then. Pretty easy to use and definitely delivers. I no longer need to double fry to reach the desired crispness of my deep fried dishes. Highly recommend.

Good purchase

Since I just got the item out of the box and activated the warranty,  I cannot give a true opinion. Once I've made a few batches of my famous potato chips and not burnt myself for the food, I'll add an opinion! So far, the item was packaged good and set up is easy!

First time buyer.

I really like this fryer.  I haven't had one since the 1960's and I wasn't disappointed.  The booklet is easy to understand, the fryer works so nicely and I like the big basket.  My only disappointment is the plug.  It's a magnetic plug that connects to the back of the fryer and it doesn't connect to the fryer securely.  But just push it in to the back and turn it on.  It doesn't come undone once it's turned on.  I just noticed when I first plug it in and turn on that sometimes if it doesn't turn on, the plug isn't attached properly.  Otherwise I love it.

Awesome fryer

I Love this deep fryer!!! The only thing I don't like is once the timer stops, the power turns off automatically. Its a safety feature that I am not used to. Other than that I will recommend.

The product overall does everything it says.  It’s great for a home cook new to deep frying.  I love the large basket.  It’s very easy to clean.  The only negative is that it’s pretty shallow.  But overall i recommend.  You can’t beat the price and it works well.

I got rid of my old deep fryer because the screws wouldn't keep the handle, but it was probably time because it was over 10 years old. I received your air fryer today. After the first use, the screw came out of the handle. It will not stay in because it already seems stripped. What can be done to fix this?

Disappointed after first use.

Cover doesn't entirely close open area.   I will be buying another eventually.    Don't like easy access for bugs in my deep fryer this summer   crappy engineering

Not what I expected

Pros: good size, I can fry 4 pork chops at the same time. Cooks good. 

Cons: It leaks. I have to clean up grease everyday. I’ve already thrown away the box so I can’t return it.
