The rain jacket seems to be made from a water repellent, pleather type material, while the inner coat is quilted in darling rocket ships. Both jackets have functioning pockets for those chilly little fingers. As well as loops to hang them easily on hooks. It’s really everything you could want in a kid’s coat set.
