Centrum Silver Women's Multivitamins have a full range of ingredients that fulfill my body's needs and are approved for me by my doctor. If for some reason I miss a day or two of taking them, I feel a difference in my energy. I can't say that for other vitamins I've taken.

There isn't a taste in these vitamins.   There is a good number of ingredients in these vitamins,  but i like that they are non GMO.  I do feel better when taking them
