Castello Danish Creamy Havarti cheese is heavenly. When at room temperature, It is smooth and flavorful. Recommend taking it out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature before enjoying with fresh pear or apple slices. Also delicious on crackers; recommend a plain cracker, such as a water cracker so as not to compete with the cheese.

It’s an alright Havarti. Sam’s used to carry Danamark Danish Havarti which was a better product all around.
